Explain the factors that influenced this decision.

That I should stick with what my thoughts are as I change my answers but

there were some answers where I was like it looks nice or distracted my from

my original choice.

● What are some of the main problems or key issues expressed in the

scenario?

The pt. and his wife was anxious over different reasons. As pt wanted to go

home care for his family and not to be cared for, but his wife wanted him to get

better of his vertigo and she was concern why dr. letting pt. go home so soon

without looking at MRI report.

● What were some of the challenging decisions the nurse needed to make?

The student nurse is human being too and do feel anger and how to react in

that situation is the challenging decision as a statement could be said in

certain ways to be nice and could mean to others.

● Describe the rationale behind these decisions. Provide evidence-based

resources to support your decision.

 The correct answers I chose because of the therapeutic communication skills

either paraphrasing, or validating, or providing lead are few styles.
