How To Upload Study Materials

Quick Upload Guide | PasingGrades 📄✨

Upload your study materials in minutes — follow these simple steps!

1️⃣ Sign In

If still troubled, check our guide on how to create a Pasing Grades account.

2️⃣ Go to Manage Items

  • Click your name (top-right) → select Manage Items

  • This opens your personal dashboard for uploads

3️⃣ Start Uploading

  • Click + Upload Item

  • Select the type of material:

    • Lecture notes

    • Test Banks

    • Summaries

    • ATI/HESI/NCLEX prep

    • Practice questions

4️⃣ Add Item Details

  • Title: Clear, descriptive, course code & year (e.g., Nursing ATI Study Guide 2025)

  • Description: Include a sample or snippet from your material

  • Tags: 6–12 relevant keywords (e.g., nursing exam prep, ATI fundamentals)

5️⃣ Upload File

  • PDF ONLY: Other formats are not allowed; convert to PDF first. 

  • Optional: Thumbnails, previews, screenshots to highlight content

  • Recommended sizes:

    • Thumbnail: 80×80 px

    • Preview: 361×230 px

    • Screenshots: 750×430 px

6️⃣ Choose Category & Pricing

  • Select the best-fit category (Nursing, Business, Tech, etc.)

  • Mark Free or Paid

  • Optional: Enable Flash Sale for temporary promotions

7️⃣ Set Price & Features

  • Enter your price (e.g., 10 = $10)

  • Enable Feature Update (future edits) and Item Support (buyer help)

8️⃣ Submit & Publish

  • Click Submit

  • Item may be:

    • Published immediately

    • Pending approval (if admin review required)

  • Check your dashboard or email for status updates

9️⃣ Optimize for Visibility

  • Strong title & keywords = better search results

  • Include table of contents / sample pages in PDF

  • Add 3–5 high-quality screenshots

  • Update tags, description, and content regularly

🔧 Quick Troubleshooting

  • File must be PDF

  • Check file size and image dimensions

  • No duplicate item names

  • Stable internet & updated browser

  • Contact Support with:

    • Item token / title

    • Upload timestamp

    • Screenshots of errors

🛠️ Manage & Edit Items

  • Visit Manage Items → Edit metadata, replace files, or delete items

  • Keep content up-to-date for better discoverability

📚 Copyright & Integrity

  • Upload only materials you own or are authorized to share

  • Avoid copyrighted textbooks or third-party content without permission

  • Violations may result in removal or account suspension
