How to file a copyright claim on PasingGrades
How can an individual, organization or company file a copyright claim to PasingGrades? In each item on the website, we have a place a link highlighted “Report copyright violation” which can be used to report products that are believed to violate copyrights.

What is a Notice & Take Down request?
The internet lets anyone publish content without someone checking everything first. The Notice & Take Down procedure helps online platforms like us know what to do when someone asks for content to be removed. We review every request, though we don't automatically remove everything that's reported.

For us to help you, include:
- A description of the material you believe violates your copyright
- A link to where this material appears on PasingGrades
- Your explanation of why it breaks copyright rules
- Your contact details: name, address, telephone number, and email
- A statement (with proof) that your information is accurate and that you own the rights or are acting for the owner
- Your signature as the rights holder or representative

Why is PasingGrades asking for more information about my request?
Copyright claims are formal requests with legal weight. If you leave something out, we'll reach out for the missing pieces. Always double-check that your contact info is correct so we can reach you if needed.

Don't panic - all claims come through PasingGrades first. If someone files a claim about your work, we'll handle it. For valid claims, we'll remove the content from the platform and let you know in your PasingGrades profile.
We do this to protect you from complicated legal issues and potential fines. Copyright owners can ask for significant compensation when their work is used without permission, and our quick action helps keep you safe.
Important: Once we remove a document, our decision is final. Please don't upload the same document again. If you repeatedly upload content that violates copyright, we may have to temporarily block or permanently remove your account.
How do I prevent someone from uploading my documents to PasingGrades?
Did you write something yourself and notice someone uploaded it to PasingGrades without asking? That's not what we want on our platform. We value quality and respect everyone's work, taking all reports of copying very seriously.
