At what point in the project, if any, did I find myself thinking, behaving, or in a way that appeared dependents

A project being a series of responsibilities that requires to be completed to reach a specific goal. It also has some factors that have to be applied for it to be effective. A project can be defined as a set of inputs and outputs required to achieve a precise goal. The project requires financial stability for it to utilize a variety of sources to get information. Sometimes as I was conducting a field study, I realized that much is needed, yet I had a little top-up for the project. In connection to convey tree level of maturity, this comes in the second level, which suggests that a project with level 2 maturity is widely accepted since there is some initiative to establish (Hemon 2018). In the project conducted, I needed remarkable resources to ensure that the content is not outdated, transport from one place to another, and some compensation for the participant who will participate in the project. When conducting the project, I needed financial support from friends, relatives, and family members to finance the whole process.

At what point in the project, if any, did I find myself thinking, behaving, or in a way that appeared independently

Above all, not everything in the project needs support. One needs to be independent in designing most of the basic factors of a given project. Among the things, I felt no help needed from anyone in designing the projects’ goal. What do I need to achieve, and where do I need the information? Defining the scope of the projects required my knowledge and understanding of the study. Not every participant on the project needs to understand the aim of the project and its benefit. This was the first level of the project, which according to the conveys three levels of maturity, the project at this level is not very mature in its approaches (Hemon 2018).

Did I ever feel that I was working independently with my group?

Working as a group is important, most probably in sharing information. Again, tiresome due to some disagreements from the group’s members. The project was to take approximately seven days. In the first three days, we worked as a group, but the members seemed tired from the fourth day, and I felt as the load was left on my side.
