2026 AP Exam Dates: Full Schedule, Late Testing, and Important Deadlines

Sometimes students are unable to take their AP Exams on the regular testing dates. In such cases, the College Board provides late testing options to ensure every student still has the opportunity to test. To maintain exam security, alternate versions of each AP Exam are used during this period. All students approved for late testing at a school must take these alternate exams on the officially scheduled late-testing dates and times.

All schools must begin morning AP Exams between 8 and 9 a.m. local time and afternoon exams between 12 and 1 p.m. local time.
