Introduction Personal philosophy is a critical concept in nursing and the healthcare profession. This concept relates to the guiding principles that every individual lives by. Personal philosophy influences everything a person says, the steps they take, and consumer behavior. In nursing, personal philosophy relates to what one believes regarding care.
