PHASE 2: MAINTENANCE AND MONITORING PLAN     Create a table of a maintenance and monitoring plan for your system optimization. Incorporate feedback into your plan.  A 5-to-10 minute video journal entry of your experience creating the maintenance and monitoring plan. How did feedback from your approved industry professional impact the maintenance and monitoring plan you initially created? How will you use the knowledge and skills you developed during this   experience as an informatics nurse specialist? PHASE 3: USER EXPERIENCE AND SUPPORT     Create an APA-formatted annotated bibliography of five scholarly resources less than five years old. Meet with your approved industry professional to discuss the user experience of your proposed system optimization (e.g., usability, human factors, human- computer interaction [HCI]) and create a communication and change management plan. Review the literature for evidence and best practices studies, such as the technology acceptance model (TAM) to implement and test HIS changes, innovations, or improvements. Think about how this model can improve the user experience. A one-page table that lists considerations for developing a communication and change management plan. This plan is designed to prepare users for the system optimization change, innovation, or improvement. Skills you developed during this experience as an informatics nurse specialist. PHASE 4: EVALUATION PLAN         Search the literature and the internet for credible information on user experience factors that should be measured to understand the effectiveness of the system optimization in meeting user needs. 2 02/11/2024  Use these factors to create an online survey application, such as Google forms, to collect data on the user experience. Your survey should include a minimum of 10 items. Include the purpose of your survey at the top of your form. Consider using sections to group questions that fall within certain categories (e.g., the human computer interaction, user satisfaction). Formulate your survey using a combination of question types (e.g., short answer text, paragraph, multiple choice, checkboxes, grid, scale). Include a comments item at the end so the user can include any additional information not covered in the questions.   Test your form by sending it to your approved industry professional to complete and provide feedback. Incorporate feedback from your approved industry professional to finalize the survey. A 5-to-10 minute video journal reflection of the need to collect data on the user experience, and how health information technology could be improved based on the user experience survey. How did your approved industry professional influence your thinking about the informatics field, certifications, and professional organization involvement?  PHASE 5: PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN     Meet with your approved industry professional and any other informatics professionals you have met during your field experience and capstone, to discuss their career trajectory, certification(s)obtained, professional organization involvement, and their future goals, and what they wish they had known when starting out in the informatics field. 1
