This project reveals about the strategies that I entail to use in my leadership development plan in the future while holding a leadership position in a company. My main goal is to create a team environment that all employees in my company are self-motivated and work well without supervision.
I also aim at producing the best corporation that will be appreciated by its target consumers. I hate a situation whereby consumers complain about a company’s product. I will be satisfied if I will be able to develop a healthy environment between employers, employees and their customers. On a scale of 1-5 I rate myself at 4 out of five. The reason that hinders me attaining a 5/5 is due to some several milestones which include capital, opportune moment and a mentor.
Leadership qualities I possess
What has made me to have strong leadership qualities is my ability to perform well in different fields. First of all I am action oriented. By this I mean that I usually focus on achieving results through and with others. I always believe in setting high goals and standards of performance and I like emphasizing on continuous improvement.
I like this done in time without delay if the project is to be beneficial to my company. I always prioritize my clients first and make sure my team also do the same. Motivating success has always been part of me. Even though stumbling blocks will always be there but I work so hard to make sure that I remove them. Making right decisions is always good for a company if the company is to achieve its goals.
Other people's views about me
In different fields that I have worked in my seniors and juniors have always congratulated my ability to work well in a team environment. In teamwork, an individual is supposed to learn to collaborate with their fellow staff members for effective development plans to be met. Challenging others by giving challenging jobs to them helps them a lot in building their creativity. A good leader should always teach their staff strictly on their job so as to build their potential.
This is my key factor in my leadership development plan. I am a people builder who fosters challenging development climates in my company. I will then reinforce company’s responsibility and support for making people as valuable and skilled as possible. Accurately I will assesses both the strengths and the development needs of individuals and the team
Minding the business at hand
I always focus on the task that I am handling at the moment. I hate to divert my attention to less important things that are not related to my job. I also like to make strategies that will come to help me in the future and always keep a track of them. Before making a conclusion I see it fit to do some research both internally and externally. I consider the effects of my implantation to other people including shareholders and customers.
Having vast knowledge in business changing aspects and operations and uses methods that drive success. Aligns systems to achieve organizational strategies. Shares information practices across traditional boundaries. Stretches others’ thinking to have them view things from a broader perspective. I always encourage risk taking since they are the once realizing great profits.

Enables the team to achieve high-performance results by keeping people informed, getting the group focused, encouraging participation, drawing on the talents of all members, and ensuring that members have the tools and support needed to succeed. Defines team mission and roles and shares responsibility and removes obstacles so that team members are successful.

I should stick to the right and efficient set of primary values and customs no matter the high or low season. I should work towards winning peoples trust. This can be done by doing the right thing at the right time and in the right place. Acts in line with values; walks the talk. Able to present the truth in an appropriate and helpful manner. Reinforces and rewards the good values.
Leads as an example
Able to Foster the growth of a company’s mission and vision. Be straight and clear in your talk and acts. Divides the roles of employees in my business appropriately and efficiently. Act toward a certain vision and motivate the staff to also to walk towards that dream. Develops an organization that is customer focused and able to gain commitment from others. Success will be noticed when the team will develop a feeling of investment.
Conclusion
By sticking to this, I am sure of success and even more strength. Though it is hard for one to attain a 5/5 but it is my wish that I will come to break this record provided I remain focused and work hard.

Commitment Statement
I decided to plan my learning with this goal in my mind. Producing a successful company that all employees work in a team environment and are self-motivated.
