Government policies and performance plays a critical role in the success or failure of any business. Given the current political climate, it is not advisable to invest in the healthcare sector due to the constant uncertainty that has been depicted in relation to the future of healthcare. Currently, investing in a new hospital cannot be good since the structure of taxes in the near future is uncertain. There is a possibility that if things worsen, the business can be forced to stop and this means great loses.
