By using PasingGrades in your academics or for any other reason not addressed here, you agree to comply with this Code of Honour and all the applicable laws and regulations associated with the materials provided on this platform.
What You Can Do
Use study materials on PasingGrades to improve your understanding of course content, prepare for examinations, and support your learning. Most materials available on this platforms are intended for revision, practice and exam preparation purposes. Test banks and practice resources are designed to reinforce key concepts, assess topic comprehension, and help students prepare more effectively for assessment. That said, these materials should be used primarily as supplementary resources to empower your learning process and not as substitutes for academic effort, coursework and textbooks that you have been assigned by your professor or institution. Additionally:
- Use summaries, study guides, notes, practice questions, and other educational resources as revision aids.
- Upload study materials that you have personally created or that you have the legal right to share.

Responsibilities to Sellers
All sellers on PasingGrades are expected to respect the following guidelines.
- Based on the qualities provided by our quality assurance department, sellers are required to upload accurate, complete, and appropriately described materials. You should not falsely describing your study material in a manner that will help you sell more while not providing the actual value to the student buying.
- Maintain high standards of quality and academic usefulness. Low quality materials if found will be taken down immediately, repetitive cases of low quality learning resources might lead to permanent termination of your account.
- Respect copyright, intellectual property, and ownership rights. This is very serious as it is not only affecting or subject to this platform only, if your materials are found to contain copyright, PasingGrades may cooperate with copyright holders, legal authorities, and regulatory bodies in the investigation and resolution of such violations.
What Is Not Allowed
- Academic misconduct is highly discouraged on PasingGrades. Therefore, copying study materials from PasingGrades and submitting them as your own work is a violation of PasingGrades’ honor code. Take note, such an action constitutes plagiarism which is highly prohibited and is often severely penalized by educational institutions across the world. In some cases, students are suspended and in other scenarios expelled from their institution. If found to be selling plagiarized materials, you will be banned from the platform and based on the case, you might be reported. For buyers, materials downloaded from this platform should not be directly submitted in whole or in part as original coursework, assignments, examinations, dissertations, or other academic assessments as that will also qualify as plagiarism.
- Uploading material that you do not own the copyright to, such as scanned textbooks, answer keys, or another person's summaries. Sharing someone else's work without permission violates this code of honor and copyright law in most jurisdictions globally. - Using PasingGrades in a manner that violates your institution’s academic integrity policies is violating this code of honor.
- Acting against your educational institution's code of conduct or academic integrity policy.
- Submitting purchased documents for academic credit without proper attribution where required is discouraged.
- Creating duplicate accounts to manipulate ratings, reviews, or platform activity.
- Engaging in fraud, impersonation, harassment, or abusive conduct toward other users.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) and External Resources
Sellers may use AI tools to assist with research, formatting, editing, brainstorming, and content development. However, materials listed on PasingGrades must provide genuine educational value and reflect substantial human review, verification, and contribution. Content that is entirely or predominantly AI-generated and presented as original, expert-created, or professionally authored work is prohibited.
PasingGrades reserves the right to review, remove or reject materials that will be flagged by our team of moderators to be of low-quality, misleading, inaccurate, spam-like, or excessively AI-generated. Repeated violations may result in content removal, account restrictions, withholding of earnings, or permanent suspension from the platform.
Reporting Violations
If you believe that content on PasingGrades infringes copyright, violates academic integrity standards, is misleading, or breaches this Code of Honour, please report it to our support team for review or fill this Copyright Infringement form. We take reports seriously and may investigate any suspected violation.
Enforcement
As noted in our terms and conditions, PasingGrades reserves all the rights to remove content, suspend accounts, permanently terminate user access, withhold earnings, or take other appropriate action when violations of this Code of Honour are identified. Where required by law, in cases of illegalities found, we may cooperate with legitimate copyright investigations, legal requests, or regulatory authorities.
