Many people, students included assume that multiple choice questions are the easiest of all but that is just a myth and not facts. Multiple choice questions might seem easy, but they are the most challenging of all. Usually, the selected answers are related and it’s easy to mistake a wrong choice for an answer.

Easy questions
When answering multiple choice questions, it is important to start with the ones that you are 100% sure. Answering questions that you already know the answer is critical especially in time management. Once you are done answering the questions that you know, it will boost your confidence knowing that even if time elapses, you have already bagged some marks.
Challenging questions
The next phase follows the questions that you find challenging. Here, you should read the question and without looking at the answer, try answering it then checking whether your answer is already in the list provided. This technique will help you as a student to easily identify the answer and confirm your choice.
Elimination technique in answering multiple choice questions
When I was in school, I always took advantage of elimination. It helps a great deal. When you find yourself in a twist with a multiple-choice question, the magic that you can employ is by using elimination technique. Often, examiners provide four choices. Among these four choices, start by eliminating the ones that you are certain are not the answers. After eliminating the obvious provided choice that is not an answer, proceed to picking another choice that that you consider being far from the answer. Now, you will remain with only two possible answers.
At this juncture, go back and re-read the question again, now having known the choices that have been provided, try and do a quick analysis on which choice can be the answer. By using this technique, there are high chances that you will land at the right answer. Use this study hack and thank me later.
