How To Upload Study Materials

How to Upload Study Materials on Pasing Grades

Hey there!

Having trouble uploading your notes, summaries, study guides, or exam prep materials to Pasing Grades? Don’t worry, you’re in the right place. Follow this simple step-by-step guide and you’ll have your content live in no time.

Step 1: Sign In to Your Account

Step 2: Go to “Manage Items”

  • Once logged in, look at the top-right corner of the page where your name appears.
  • Click your name to open a dropdown menu.
  • Select “Manage Items” (third option from the bottom). This will take you to the upload page.

Step 3: Start Uploading

  • On the upload page, click the “+ Upload Item” button.
  • Choose the type of study material you’re uploading: notes, summaries, ATI, HESI, NCLEX prep, or any other type.

Step 4: Enter Your Document Details

  • Title: Type or paste the title of your document in the Item Name field.
  • Description: Copy and paste a short sample from your document (e.g., part of the summary, questions, or notes) into the Description box.

Step 5: Upload the File

  • Upload your document in PDF format. (Other formats aren’t accepted.)

Step 6: Choose the Category

  • Select the subject category that best matches your document (e.g., Technology, Nursing, Business).
  • Mark whether your document is Free or Paid.

Step 7: Set Flash Sale & Tags

  • Decide if you want to offer a Flash Sale.
  • Add tags/keywords to help buyers find your document. Separate them with commas (e.g., technology, nursing exam prep, AI significance in education).

Step 8: Set Price & Final Settings

  • Choose Yes for Feature Update and Item Support.
  • Set your price (e.g., 10 for $10).

Step 9: Publish

  • Click Submit, and your material will be reviewed by Pasing Grades support team and made available for buyers.

The more relevant keywords you add, the easier it will be for people to find your materials on Google, Bing, and other search engines.
