According to the International Statistical Classification of Diseases. There are ten major causes of death in the world today. These diseases are categorized into four groups. These categories depend on the setting at which a particular disease is being treated. These categories include the inpatient (Accidents or unintentional injuries), outpatients (heart disease, cancer, diabetes, Alzheimer’s disease, nephritis and influencer and pneumonia), long term care (stroke, septicemia and chronic lower respiratory diseases) and others which may have resulted due to unfit behavior in the society. Most of them can be prevented by doing exercises while others taking of nutritious meals.
These diseases are overcome either through medical treatment, surgical treatment or prevention. Both of these methods are good in fighting death but prevention out rules the other two. This is so since prevention can be done with no capital required. It can be through knowledge and discipline given to an individual by a parent, relative, friend or even a teacher who earns their salary from the government.
This makes prevention to be cost effective. It also provides the best overall care since an individual who has been taught on how to prevent themselves they couldn’t have a slight test of the effects and pains that come along with these ailments .On the other hand, medical treatment and surgical treatment are expensive and patients suffering from this disease pass through a lot of pain. Furthermore Surgical is never 100% and a patient has to take risk which maybe fatal unlike if the individuals could learnt to prevent themselves they could have avoided being victims of this calamities.
