Therefore, it is important to know the different factors surrounding depression such as the causes, symptoms, effects and prevention of depression. Research conducted by WHO shows that more than 264 million people around the world are suffering from depression. This is an indication that depression is a public concern especially when considering the fact that there are rising cases of depression among the youth and teenagers.
