How to upload documents on Passing Grades

Can I upload material from my teachers?

No! This material belongs to your professor, not you. We encourage you to upload your own self-written notes.

I am not satisfied with the service, I need refund, what should I do?

We are genuinely sad if you are dissatisfied with the goods you purchased. We'd be delighted to supply you with the best documents available. However, owing to the large number of papers, traffic, and variety, we are unable to check the quality of each and every document. On Passing Grades, there are over 5000 documents for sale, all authored by students and sold under their own names.

Terms to apply for a refund

Please verify whether you meet the following requirements to apply for our 100% Money Back Guarantee:

  1. Your purchase was within the last 14 days
  2. You contacted the seller of the item to tell him/her why you are dissatisfied with the quality
  3. You verified that you don't file a complaint about a lack of information, chapters or subjects that the seller did describe were missing in the advertisement
  4. You have not downloaded the document.

Do you meet all the requirements? Great, then it's time to fill in the 100% Money Back-form on your download page.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Just like withdrawing money, refunds are almost always paid out on Mondays. Depending on the payment method that is used, it takes 1-2 days. You will also receive the money for the refund later than other countries due to the international transaction between our bank and yours. Therefore, you will most likely find the money back into your account in one week.

Who is Eligible to Upload Docs on Passing Grades
