Tulsa offers the International Leadership Scholarship to well-qualified international students. You'll be automatically evaluated for scholarships when you submit a completed application to the university with all required supporting documents.
Scholarships are awarded based on academic merit in previous studies, as well as extracurricular and leadership experience. Awards are renewable for up to 4 years, as long as you maintain full-time enrolment status and a 2.0 GPA at the University.

This year, online learning platform has set aside $50,000 intended to be awarded in scholarships. Wells Mountain Foundation Scholarships for Developing Countries
The Wells Mountain Foundation is a public benevolent organization with headquarters in Bristol, Vermont, USA. The foundation provides financial assistance to support Education scholarships for students from developing countries and at times for individuals from low socio economic status. Through this program, students can choose to study in their home country or in another developing nation. On average, a scholarship of $1400 is given and can be used to pay for school fees, tuition or even study resources like books.
The Aga Khan Foundation International Scholarship
Eligibility: The Aga Khan Foundation admits applications from several countries namely; Portugal, Bangladesh, EgyptIndia, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Syria, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Madagascar and Mozambique.
The Foundation also accepts applications from applicants from France, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada. The scholarship is awarded to students who are interested in studying development related courses and who come from low socio economic status.

Distance Learning Scholarships for International Students
Commonwealth Distance Learning Scholarships
The Commonwealth Distance Learning Scholarships support candidates to study Master’s degree courses that are either offered in partnership with universities in developing countries, or delivered directly by UK institutions.
Edinburgh Global Distance Learning Scholarships
The University of Edinburgh will offer scholarships for distance learning Master’s programmes offered by the University. Scholarships will be available for students pursuing any distance learning Master’s programme offered by the University. Each scholarship will cover the full tuition fees over three years.
University of the People Tuition Free Degrees
University of the People (UoPeople) offers everyone with internet access the opportunity to pursue Associate and Bachelor Degree Programs in Business Administration and Computer Science online. Tuition fee is free but students are required to pay an application Processing Fee (up to $50) as well as an Exam Processing Fee ($100) per end-of-course-exam.
