Patient Consent: form signed by the patient giving consent for certain medical situations, such as surgical procedures, research, some medical tests and thera- peutic procedures and reporting elder abuse 19. body mechanics: the proper use of the body to facilitate lifting and moving and prevent injury action of muscles in producing motion or posture 20. gravity line: Imaginary vertical line that passes through the center of gravity;
