Fact Sheet Assignment: a. How did you know this was a problem in this community-what did you observe or experience in the community or during the presentation that made you realizes this was an unmet need in this community

Review the fact sheet assignments guidelines in the syllabus as you determine a topic for this assignment. You will use the fact sheet in developing the legislative presentation due the last week of the course.

Choose a problem in the external learning/Clinical Site Community or a piece of the educational session that you provided that needs additional support and advocacy. This should be an informational handout on a disease process, it should be a piece that identifies the facts of a problem then offers a solution to the problem that is focused on advocacy.
